With printing speed
Polygraphic “heart” of our company consists of five sheet-fed offset printing machines produced by Heidelberg, a worldwide leader in the field of printing equipment. Our park of sheet-fed printing machines can produce up to 20 mln of full-size printed sheets per month.
A special pride of our company are duo-machine Speedmaster CD 102-IY-6+LX ready for printing with UV-ink and machine with sheet tumbling Speedmaster SM 102 8R that prints on both sides of a sheet at a time, which leads to the essential increase of the efficiency of carrying out orders for magazine and advertising printing.
To control printed product quality our company has the system of colour measurement ImageControl developed by Heidelberg. This system can automatically operate with four printing machines simultaneously. For efficient operation of ImageControl a print worker has only to scan printed sheet with full-size scanner and thereafter the system shall normalize the press level on its own, restoring it to ok-sheet.
Climate control system Axima provides optimum conditions of work with thin label and metallized paper, which is very important for securing stability of printing and post-printing processes.
Offset printing machine Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-IY-6+LX (dou-technology).This machine has 6 colour sections, 2 lacquering sections and 1 flexo section for printing with water dispersive inks. It is equipped with combination of three intermediate hot air drying and UV.
It allows to:
- dry print using thick layers of finishing coat;
- use water silver and gold with increased luster;
- imprint water thermochromic holograms and other trick effects;
- complete combination of UV dryings allows to combine oil-UV technologies efficiently, to work with metallized surfaces and plastics.
Two offset printing machines Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-6+L. These machines have automated control system. Format 720x1020mm. Output: 10-12 thousand sheets per hour.
